G2 HTC phone

Hello,
I have just got the g2 google phone and im finding it a lot longer to figure out than previous phonep i have had.
I am wanting download adobe flash player to the phone but you need 2 select what version, does anybody know which one i need 2 choose? Also my bluetooth doesn't seem 2 be working. I have it switched on and also have the option of it being discoverable on but other mobile phone cannot find my device.
