I might try using a command line and gui capable ftp system such as gftp for linux, I have the linux software and the gftp application along with others, you can design a script for this and schedule uploads. Let me know if you need any software! I have plenty, im a Linux addict.
ps. I Am only 12 years old, And I have 3 Linux boxes, 2 windows xp, a Linux notebook and an ftp sever. Im that good, hahaha
