Not getting movie player with IE Closed

Hello,
when i click a movie link on a website to watch online.....

I am not getting the player icon and the player icon space was blank

If i copy the same url into google chrome i able to see the video link

what was the problem with IE 8 browser?????

Dear Sir,

This is because you didn't install flash player for Internet Explorer,

Please click here:

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Install and then open Internet Explorer,

Click on Tools > Internet Options

Open Manage Add-ons

Enable flash player there

then press OK
