Problem in internet explorer

Hello,
The following error when i log on to different web sites, "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" I have tried differant suggestions i.e. disable windows firewall, using other browser Firefox, opera, update IE 8.0 but nothing has worked ay the moment. and also repair windows xp and registry clear .So kindly help to me

Hello Sir,

Make sure your Internet Connection is working,

Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools,

Internet Connection,

Connection Tab and click on LAN settings,

Tick automatically detect proxy settings and click on OK

Restart your computer

Did you check with your internet provider ? Clear your cache, private and temporary datas, scan your pc with your anti-virus and try again.
