Hello there,
You will need the Windows XP installation disc,
Save all your important files and data to an external hard drive
Restart your computer, get to the BIOS settings by pressing F3 when the computer starts
Just search for Sata option
set SATA mode to IDE
Then set the Boot priority to CD/DVD Drive
Then save and exit bios
Put in the XP Cd and then follow the instructions
Goodluck
