Hello,
I 100% cannot open mozilla firefox and internet explorer. When I click, it send a report to microsoft. How musti do?

you could reinstall windows.. Or if you just want to have a browser. You'll need to download one like "Google Chrome" onto a flash disk or hard drive or something.. And then install it on that computer.
