Problem to connect with the games in f/b

Hello,
My browser and cookies are okay., have no virus. When I try to get into the applications or games on f/b it will not connect when it says redirecting and the screen goes fluttery and is in stress. This problem comes from f/b not my computer. Have sent them two notices and nothing in reply has come to me. Do I have to wait it out till they connact me??Sure would like an answer to this...thanks in advance.
