Starting problem

Hello,
i m using hp pavilion dv2000,dv 2713tu.i had loaded both window xp nd vista.whenever i want to use vista nd when i start my computer it shows an error message i.e...configuring ur updates stage 3 of 3:87% completd then it get shut down then same process is repeted .please solve my problem.

Hye Sir,

i'll advise you to recover windows vista to another time when it was working fine.
Or you can simply use the recovery disc you got with your laptop
