each time i use my usb a message says it will work faster if you use high speed usb i dont know how to make my usb into high speed

you need to plug it in other usb ports

if using a normal pc 

plug it at the back panel

Dear Sir,

If you are using a Desktop PC, 

Do not connect USB at the front panel

Just connect the USB device at the back of the CPU Set,

Or just re-install your motherboard chipset drivers again
