Laptop BIOS Show "no operating system loaded&

Hello,
I am subrata from Kolkata. i have compaq nx9010 laptop. this an old laptop,my hard disk space is 40gb ,
recently laptop bios show me after bios boot "no operating system loaded". then i check bios setting, there are no IDE hard disk attatch with my laptop.
and also me IDE drive is unpluged. when i switch on the laptop i found the hdd LED was not blinking, then i think its have some problem.

So please tel me that is there any problem in laptop hard disk. it crase or some other problem.

Your problems indicate a failure of the hard drive or the motherboard hardware interface to the drive.

Have a repair shop replace the hard drive and load your fresh copy of your OS.

the best thing you can do for that is to take out the hard disk and put it back again then restart.. it will work again..
