PC Connectivity problem

hi
i have Samsung S3500 handset which dosen't connect to my pc through USB. Should I install software that comes along with my new handset in my mobile or in my PC.
Please suggest....

hi there,

definitely you need to install

PC studio for the handset so that the PC know devices attached to it


use cd provided with software and install it

or download it from official Samsung website here:

https://www.samsung.com/us/common/notfound.html
