use countif(range,"=x")
Thanks.
Another query: If I have two dates – an arival date and departure date – can excel display all dates between those two dates? So, if I have 2 September 2009 and 5 September 2009, how can I display (in seperate cells) 2 September, 3 September, 4 September, 5 September?
Thanks a lot for your help,
S
