Is xbadv site fake or real...........

Hello,
I used xbadv to recover / hack my old msn, now has it told the police?
i went onto http://xbadv.konqi.fr/ to get my old @live email password back (which i lost) and the after a few hours, it sent me a email saying this:

is this just a hoax, because the gold fish part makes it sound like it. or could something bad happen please help....
