Network printer connection problem

Hello,
myself aniket, from India.I have a problem.The problem is .....a local printer connected with a system,now i want to share this printer.but network printer not connected.when i use ping command then the result displayed "reply from 172.16.1.148;destination host unrecheable."

pls type the command in the destination machine
net use portname: \\computername or ip address\printer name
(ex: net use LPT1: \\office\wipro )

let u try that.
