How can i speed up my torrent rather than my

i'm soummo from bangladesh. i'm using utorrent and grameenphone high speed internet by my nokia 3120 classic set. first time i'm having 40kb/s in normal download speed. but now my torrent has less speed and normal download has about 50 kb/s speed. how can i increase my torrent speed and reduce my normal downloading speed. how can i speed up my utorrnt download speed where my file has maximum seeder and peers.? if anyone know about this problem then please send me the solution in my e-mail soummo_aiub@yahoo.com.
