Application Can't Open Closed

Hello,
I have a problem on my Fifa09 creation master 09.When i try to open the application it show the Error report. What should i do..please help me..

I think that your computer doesn't have the requirements to play this game,

You will have to upgrade your RAM memory and also graphic card,

Recommended system requirements:
Supported OS: Windows XP / Vista
Processor: AMD or Intel Dual Core Processor
Memory: 2 GB
Graphics: 7800 Nvidia graphics card or ATI equivalent
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c
Sound: DirectX Compatible
Hard Drive: 4 GB
