Settings problem in mobile

Hello,
i have setting problem in my mobile(sony ericcson Z710i).my GPRS was already activated and i have also receive the settings from BSNL . my location is U.P. east.i still couldn't connect to the net.so, plz provide ur assistance.

Dear Sir,

It's better to contact your network provider for this issue,

They will give you better information about your connection
