FAT32

Hello Sir/ Madam,

I got a 32 GB Kingston flash disk USB device, now i realise its got a FAT32 file sytem. And the OS i have is Windows XP which does not support FAT32. when i try to copy from to the USB device there is no problem, but when a try to run the copied file i can't run it. there is no error message either. I tried to make a partion on the pen drive din't actually is there a way to run the files copied to the pen drive, or any other work around apart from changing the OS.

Any help wuld be appreciated.
