Hi iotoo,
First of all, try the device on another PC. If your pendrive appears with RAW file format that means that your OS cannot correctly identify the file format and automatically marks it as RAW. Sadly RAW is not a format type and the drive cannot be used if marked as RAW. There are some tools that might help your to save the device, but the chance is really low, especially if we talk about pendrives. Changing to RAW may be related to some physical issue with the device which is nearly impossible to fix. Do you have important data on the pendrive? If you do not have, I strongly recommend you to get a new pendrive.
