Hello,

My laptop is HP pavilion dv6 my keyboard is malfunctioning when you press shift 3 to give harsh, you will have pound sign instead, equally if you press shift 2 it will give " instead of @. pls help my laptop is still one week old.

what country are you from?
those are the correct key sequences for a UK keyboard.

you may need to install the correct country file for your keyboard.
