My ram doesn't work

Hello,
i bought 2 rams 1 gb each, ddr pc3200, but later i found out that my ibm thinkcenter has two 512 ram pc2700. the new ones doesnt work, when i start the computer there is nothing just the power is on and doesn't boot. is that beacause of the pc3200 instead of pc2700? i need to know if there is anyway to get them work. Plesease reply me

hi there,

you need to get the same frequency for both of

the memory sticks

return it to the seller and ask for the pc2700 frequency
