Hotmail account in outlook express

Hello,
i can't access my hotmail account using outlook Express from last 3 days .when i click send / recv the error comes on the screen

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Forbidden', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC33

pls give the proper solution for the same.......

Ok ignore the hell out of the guy above me.

A few years ago Microsoft stopped allowing people with a free hotmail account to connect through any email client like outlook unless you download their tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/287424

"file does not exist". any other ideas?

Dear Divesh,

i will advise you to use Microsoft office outlook to use your mail account!

this is better than using Outlook Express as the email configurations are made automatically and is more faster!
