Hard disc crashed

Hello,
my hard disc crashed and I now have to reload office pro 2007. I have the key but the disc is in singapore and I'm in china. can I download a copy of the programme if I have the software key code and the password?

I will advise you to purchase the disc or just contact a computer shop you can get the disc there
