Window search protocol stop working

am one of your customer here in UGANDA,(East Africa), who is using product of Laptop FUJITSU-SIEMENS with window vista OS
For the last two days have been using it very well but shortly i have started experiencing some block start program where whenever i want to use internet explorer, it want start and never give window for use.
it will give error message that internet explorer could not work, and window search protocol host failed to work message on the window.
please help me what could be the problem? .

sounds like you've lost internet access, either by your ip adress changed or your network needs resetting.
how are you connecting to the internet?
