To activate gprs in SIGMATEL S88 with bsnl

Hello,

I have SIGMATEL S88 China mobile with BSNL sim when activate gprs the gprs does not activate. kindly give instruction to activate my china mobile with BSNL sim

and ask the for the configuration setting
