Hello,
only cds are not detected by my comp but dvd is working...when ever i put the cd light will blink and later light goes off and the cd is not detected...plz help me by giving the clear procedure and reason behind it...

hi there,

you need to update its firmware

go to device manager

expand the list then double click on drive

then press update

i am still having the problem the problem that cd is not detecte...when i click on device manager i got dvd/cd rom in that moserbare dh device when right clicked on that got update but when i updated i am getting that it has already been installed what to do plz say me...

still when updated for cd i am getting cannot continue the hardware update...hw to update ........now still only cds are not read but dvds some are able some not able...
