Windows formatting error

Hello,

i want to reformat my pc, but there is a windows error message "hard disk is not detected, check if the hard disk power turned on or the power cord of cd-rom is attatch" something like that.

i already check the cable connecting hard disk, cd-rom but still isn't working, i also change the installer but still not work.. my system has a virus so i need to reformat drive C.
