Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse will not Move Closed

Question

Hello, I have a logitech, cordless optical mouse....the mouse has connected, and can scroll and click but will not move at all. I tried taking my other older wired mouse out, to see if that would make it work, but it doesn't. The mouse is on, and I have the drivers downloaded(setpoint)Please help.

did you check the cell/battery?

are they full ?

and use a mouse pad and check the difference

move your receiver closer. it worked for me. the mouse was connected bet didn't get a good signal.
