hi there,
this errors usually occurs when the user name
or password is not authenticated , dial-up connection security
configuration is incorrectly configured
to resolve this issue you must
click on start menu
press connect to
then press on the connection used for dial up services
now in the connection dialing box select properties
then security tab
press on allow unsecured password.
click OK
