Installing anti virus

Hello,
i download free avira antivirus programm. when i installed it in my computer all things get right. but when name and email address and other information i fill up and get next button. the message 'a secure internet connection is required to activate the product (SSL encryted). this could not be established". i close firewall, automatic updated. and my internet connection is already there. i don't know now what to do. please give me the answer.
