PC is about to die

Hello, can someone help me
my pc has windows vista program but i cant get my presetation done due this week because it wont open it tells me
" permission to open this program is currently restricted if you are not running Microsoft Office 2003 ,or later . You can read this presentation by downloading the Rights Management add-on for internet explorer"
but the Power Point's from 2003, i dont know what do i also check for updates and have nothing i deleted the applications and downloaded a different one but i still get the same message , can someone please help .
