Cant download adobe flash

Hello,
i have this internet and it says (internet explorer is currently running with out add-ons-disabled.so i try to download the adobe flash but its not working at all

Dear Sir,

Your addons are disabled, so that means you will have to enable these addons,

To enable addons:

Click on Tools > Manage Add-ons

Then select the Add-ons you want to enable like flash player etc
