Micro sd card

Hello, i have a 4gb micro sd HC card. the reader has worked for all the time i have had it untill now.
every computer i plug it into sayes that ther is a "revoveble disk" in the port but when i click on it it saye please
insert disk into drive? HELP

hi there,

you will have to remove the password on the memory

card from the phone

then plug it to card reader
