Ethernet driver problem

Hello,
I reinstalled my operating system, but when I connect to the internet the computer does not detect the ethernet connection and its probably got something to do with it not having a ethernet driver installed. I think I lost the disc - where can I install it online. I'm not that good with computers. My computer is a dell.
