Hello,

I have quite an old Dell laptop, its never done me any wrong though. however today it seemed like i had picked up a virus as the computer suddenly started going really funny on me. It wouldn't respond to anything i did so i turned it off. i turned it back on and got to the logon screen which is where it froze so i had no option but to turn it off and try again. However from then on after the windows home edition loading screen at the start a blue screen flashes up and the computer instantly restarts. I really need some help with this if anyone knows anything.

Its a Dell Latitude D600, 512 RAM, 40GB Hard drive, 1.8 Ghz

Thanks

Dear Sir,

I am sorry but this is because your antivirus isn't working anymore and you never update your windows system

All you will have to so now is to format the laptop and install a fresh windows os

You will need the Windows XP installation disc to proceed!!

Thanks

Do you have a stop code for this? This will help if you want to fix it!
