Hello,
I have some form of tracking spyware on my PC that i am unable to remove for love or money. I think it is called login tracker 101 .com or something similar? I have tried spybot, adaware, search ad destroy all in safe mode with no joy. The PC is only a year old and have decided to take back to factory settings not system retore, which only allows me to restore back to a date in early July. On the hard drive there is 20gb spave named recover. How do i resore the PC to factory settings? I am in the process of backinp up my files but still unable to find a definte way to go back to factory settings?

I have a recovery disk which asks me for the 25 character code which i dont have because the pc came pre-installed with the op system on

can anybody help?

Hi,
Go on Medion website and try to find something about recovery or find how to call or send a mail to the support assistance.
