                    Hey,
You could go the route of uninstalling the current drivers for USB controllers. If you decide to take this route, there is a set of instructions at the bottom of the page here (posted by "JohnWill):
https://forums.techguy.org/threads/solved-how-do-i-uninstall-usb-drivers-that-i-cant-see.524099/
This gets you to remove all of your current usb settings, and once you plug in the devices again...it will want to reinstall them :).
