hi guys/gals...
me facng a problem wid my hp lapyy USB.... i'm unable to detect any usb device except for mouse.
the device config says usb driver is properly installed but still i'm unable to recover this problem. please help me in this regard... thnz in advance

Hey,
You could go the route of uninstalling the current drivers for USB controllers. If you decide to take this route, there is a set of instructions at the bottom of the page here (posted by "JohnWill):
https://forums.techguy.org/threads/solved-how-do-i-uninstall-usb-drivers-that-i-cant-see.524099/
This gets you to remove all of your current usb settings, and once you plug in the devices again...it will want to reinstall them :).
