eiroga e71 Closed

Question

Hello,
 Recently i purchased China mobile eiroga e71 mobile and i want to plug and play with my laptop,so pls let me know where i can free download pc suite software,

Moreover unexpectedly its fall down and now i cant hear sound in the speaker and i want to replace the speaker which model substitute can i ask in the shop 

I purchased one piece squareone as adviced from shop vendor but its not suitable.

sir i have eiroga E71 mobile. wrongly i entered "91" (option call center/general call setting/ Ip dial) and activated both Sim cards then i am not call in my address book any Numbers and not show caller ID income and out going calls. please help me.
