hello! my hp pavilion dv6 problem Closed

Hello,i have a problem with my brand new hp pavilion dv6 lap top computer..i dont have sounds coming out from the speakers but i have sounds coming from the head phones.i have uninstalled and re installed all the neccessary sound drivers im supposed to and i still have the same problem.when i use a head phone i get sounds but i dont get sounds from the computer speakers when i take it off

Dear Sir, 

Please consider looking in the Device Manager where you will be able to control the devices for the sound 

operator. This selection will be found in the Properties leading to Hardware Tab. If there is still no sound on the
