Conditional Formating
Closed
Hello,
I have amounts in cells on a spredsheet that I want to add or minus to a total depending on the colour of the font. I have done this before but my pc crashed and I'm having to re-do all my sheets, and I cant remember how to do this. can anybody please help.
Thanks

Dear Sir,
I will advise you to make an external back up copy if you have troubles with your PC.
In order to apply conditional formatting, just select the appropriate cell or cells and get to the Format menu.
You will hence see the Conditional Formatting option and the utmost end.
Select it and add the format conditions.
Thanks in advance.
