Hello

I cannot open my  m s n  windows,  i  am receiving a  message saying application not  found..  This is a new problem as i was able  to open messenger 1 month ago,  please guide me  in  re establish  my connection  to  m  s  n live windows...I  have  tried  to  re- download  but  i  am  still un able  to,  it  seems to  be  blocked  some how  from  my  computer...  thank you

first remove the old version from pc completely

after removing install the latest version from official website on link below:
