Computer is on saving mode :(

Hello,

i have windows XP pro, and i recently installed a hard drive to it, but when i was doing this, i'm not sure what i pressed, but now my computer goes to saving mode. every time i turn it on, the monitor only says on saving mode, and the computer will be turned on. i tired to get into the BIOS settings, or to anything, but it won't let me do ANYTHING at all, i already tried the video (graphics card) but still i get the same answer. can some one please help me?!??
