Antivirus on pc not working

Hello, i decided to format my pc hoping it will be better bcoz it freezes most of the time.
i installed kaspersky but it doesn't work and when i try to install other antivirus it quits the installer and restarts.
pls help.

Dear Aos,

Please make sure that it is an original copy that you are installing.

This could be the source of your problem.
