World at war cd patch problem

Hello,
i got the installation disk for cod 5 from a friend, i used a key gen but i can't do the single player because i need the cd patch, there are heaps of different versions, how do i know what one is the version that i have without downloading all of them?

Please consider checking its specific version in the credits section or the read me file.

You should find it in either of them.
