Hello,
Sir i have a laptop having 4 GB ram and i installed a 2 operating systems i.e VISTA and LINUX.so in my computer in properties will shows ram of 3 GB.can ram gets divided seperately for vista and linux?

Yes you will be able to create different partitions for each of them.
