DOWNLOAD FROM RAPIDSHARE IS SLOW

Hello,
DOWNLOAD HAS DROPPED FROM 250 KBYTES/SECOND TO 45 KBYTES.
BANDWIDTH IS REAL PROBLEM WHAT TO DO.
ALREADY TWEAKED QoS.
