HELP
THE SIMS 2 WONT WORK ON MY COMPUTER!!

i try to install it onto my computer which is a Windows Vista. it installs but then freezes on 13% and then it says the file cannot copy do you wont to retry or cancel the instalation. i press retry and it starts again but it keeps coming up on a certain percentage. when it gets to 100% it freezes and every 10 minutes it does that retry thing. i dont know what to do. i have AVG the anti virus protecter and my disc is hardly scratched. im trying to put the game on the harddrive (the MAXTOR) but it doesent work on either the desktop or the harddrive. it doesent work at all. i uninstalled it at first to put it on the hardrive but now i cant install it at all and i had no problems the first time i installed it and i have loads of space on my computer. i tried this thing where u put the cd into files but that didnt work either! PLEASE HELP MEEEEE
