How to connect netnorking

Sir please

I know little bit about the computer
and i having 16 computer in my office. Sir please tell me that i want to connect all the computer and three printer in a single LAN by using cable.
There for sir please guide me the step by step procedure so that i can joint my all computer

Sir also i want to make a computer work as a server so please be kind to guide me the step by step process to set up the server and to connect the all computer and printers in LAN
