Hello,

my mate connected to the internet in america and now she cant get the internet on her laptop at home
not even when plugging in the lead ?

hi there,

press start+run

type cmd

then type ipconfig/release

ipconfig /flushdns

and ipconfig /renew

this is to renew the ip address
