I don't know about over seas but here in the US I've yet to have a problem with GOOGLE every time I search something "if I use the correct or relavent search word I get the results I expect" Once in awhile you get a dead link or an ads page but you have to read the results appropriately because ads pop up on the same page with your search results you just have to read the results and make sure the key words are relavent to your needs..
